EGG COOKING TIPS & TRICKS
Preparation time : 15 minutes
Cooking time : 25-30 minutes
Servings : 2

Ingredients
For Boiled Eggs
5 Eggs (अंडा)
2 heaped tbsp Vinegar (सिरका)
2-3 small Lemon – sliced (नींबू)
Chilled Water (ठंडा पानी)

For Steamed Egg Whites
4 Egg Whites (अंडे सा सफेद हिस्सा)
a pinch Degi Red Chilli Powder (देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
a pinch Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर)
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
2 small Lemon – slices (नींबू)
1 tsp Mustard Sauce (मस्टर्ड साॅस)
fresh Salad (ताजा सैलेड)

Process
For Boiled Eggs
In a pot heat water on high heat then add vinegar, lemon slices and bring it to a boil.
Now gently with a spoon place the eggs in the boiling water and boil them for 3 / 6 / 12 minutes according to your preference.
One boiled remove wait for half a minute and add it in chilled water to cool down properly.
After cooling, peel the shell and enjoy the boiled eggs.
( 3 minutes for soft boiled egg)
( 6 minutes for half boiled egg)
12 minutes for full or hard boiled egg).

For Steamed Egg Whites
In a small bowl add egg whites and sprinkle some degi red chilli powder, cumin powder and add lemon slices.
Then place it in a steamer or in a pot with boiling water.
Cover and cook it for 8-10 minutes or until cooked.
Remove and wait for a minute or place in the fridge for a minute and demould it from the bowl and place on a serving plate spread the mustard sauce and serve with fresh salad.

    3:45 baking soda se pH level high ho jayega and acid se low. Normally high pH pe albumin aur egg membrane ka binding kam hota hai wo uspe peel karne mein aasani hogi (so use baking soda). Low pH (acidic) mein ekdam ulta hota hai, binding jyada hoti hai toh peel karne mein mushkil honi chahiye..🤔

    अंडे खाने वाले खिलाने वाले बार बार हजारों लाखों बार अंडे में जन्म पा पाकर अत्यंत दुख भरी मौत मरते रहते हैं। कर दया पा दया। दुख देने से दुख आते हैं। कर्मों के भुगतान किए बिना छुटकारे नहीं होते हैं। कभी भी मांस अंडा छुएं भी नहीं।

    The video is informative but sorry I think there is mistake. If vinegar is added (sirca). It becomes acidic and the pH range becomes 3 to 4. Water pH is 7 and when baking soda is added it becomes alkaline and pH is increased around 8 to 9.
