Avid Whose Line fans, don't forget to pick up your DVD copy today of Whose Line Season 1 Volume 2! The tentative price set will be between about $27 - $20. Also, if you still don't have Volume 1, a mini box set including both volumes is being released today as well.

Though it's a little bit of late notice (apologies!), I have three new live date appearances to announce! The show is for Whose Live Anyway? (formerly known as 'A Night Of Improv'), featuring Ryan Stiles, Greg Proops, Jeff Davis, and Chip Esten. The shows are all set in Arizona this time - the first being in Scottsdale, then Flagstaff, and then Tucson. They are as follows:

Lastly, by now you have probably heard about Ryan's appearances in a series of new Playskool commercials. There are six different known commercials so far (but there might be more that we are not aware of). By heading on over to Playskool.com, you can watch five of these cute commercials yourself!

You might have noticed by surfing around our Galleries that they look just a tad different. They aren't changing or going away - I've just been re-stylizing the enter pics into each album to one, make it look better, and two, to make each entrance of the same width and height, making for a even-flowing page. This slight change isn't completely through without the Galleries yet, but it will be soon.

We have an update concerning the next Whose Line Is It Anyway? DVD release! Whose Line, Season 1 Volume 2, will hit region 1 (USA & Canada) stores on October 9th, 2007! The tentative average price of this new 2 disc DVD set will be about $27, and will include the last ten episodes of season 1 of the American version of Whose Line, as well as over an hour of extra features! The DVD will be sold as uncensored only, contrary to the first release.

Also, we have a small tidbit of news concerning upcoming television appearances. Ryan has a role in a new sitcom. The name of the sitcom and what role he has is not yet disclosed, but you'll be sure that we'll have more information when it's available!

By now, you have most likely noticed that RSN went through a second renovation to bring to you Version 3.0! This new layout features neutral colors, with a far easier navigation system, and an all-around cleaner look. I tried to combine the features of both a professional layout style and an artistic layout style to bring you something simplistic, yet fashionable. I hope that everyone likes our new look!

You might have noticed, too, that the forum is looking rather... plain and different. I currently am doing maintenance work on it, so while it's still fully functional, its proper layout won't be back until I'm done with its upgrades and fixes. Thanks!

Touring has commenced again! Please note that a couple of the shows mentioned below have been cancelled (such as Idaho Falls and Lewiston), and a few other shows have been added instead. Check out our 'Upcoming Events' section just to the left for dates and locations! If you scroll down, just a little bit below the 'Upcoming Events', there is a link that will take you to a far more detailed Upcoming Events page with links to purchasing tickets, ticket prices, the show times, etc. It might not be too late to get a last-minute ticket to go and see A Night Of Improv!

Warner Brothers has also confirmed that Volume 2 of the first season of the US version of Whose Line Is It Anyway? is set to be released sometime later this year! Exact release dates have not yet been set.

Also, I have just a tiny tidbit more of info concerning the upcoming 'Outlaw Radio' television version - Ryan is currently set as the Executive Producer, confirming that he's involved. I will post more news about the show when I stumble across it (or snoop it out)!

First off, in Ryan news, there are two new 'rumors' of things that will be coming up some time in the future, though we have no idea when. The first item is that Ryan will be making a guest appearance in an episode of Reno 911!. The second item is that the Outlaw Radio (Mr. Cigar) radio talk show will be getting its very own television show that is set to premiere later this year. More information on both shows will be provided when we know more about it!

Yes, it's time for yet another update! While it might seem like it's been quite some time since I did any work to the site, I actually work on it practically every day - I just don't write up about it and instead keep a log of what I've done which I later incorporate into a big post the next time I type one up. Back on Tuesday, a new Ryan DVD was released. Second City: The First Family Of Comedy includes skits and sketches performed by some of the original and best actors and actresses of this hilarious comedy group. Other than features including Ryan, actors such as Colin Mochrie, Martin Short, Mike Meyers, Dan Aykroid, Jim Belushi, and many more display their own wealth of talent. You can order the DVD off of Amazon, or you can check for it in your local movie stores.

Also in DVD-related information, there's a bit of bad news. The Whose Line Is It Anyway? British DVD box set release has been pushed back to March 27th.

However, perhaps probably the best news of all is that Ryan has decided to do a good deal more touring this year and has added numerous performance dates. The show is with Improv AllStars, not A Night Of Improv. Here are the added dates and venues:

+ FEBRUARY 6TH, 2007 +

Ryan is the sweetest man ever. He was exceedingly kind to me. Of all of the performers, he spent the most time with me and we chatted the longest. I will write up specific details in another section for those interested, but let's just say that I received a Ryan hug and was named his number one fan! I repeat - sweetest, kindest man ever.

While chatting with Sean Mastersen, I learned of a possible sequel to Courting Courtney, a comedy documentary-like movie in which Ryan played a character named Chad Gross. Sean told me that Dana Gould, the man who created and directed the first film, was interested in making a sequel called "Stalking Courtney" in which the marriage fell apart / never really happened, and all of the men go after the girl again. Though Sean seemed eager about the idea, whether or not it will actually happen, and whether or not Ryan will return as Chad, we do not know. For now, it shall remain as a rumor.

I'm sorry that things have been so slow. Life has been busy. I've been updating here and there, especially with photos, so I have been adding things to the site over these weeks, just not posting about it.

Anyway, I've been trying to get started on the 'Site' section of the website. I have added three new sections - the Archive, which is blank at the moment, so it's rather useless for the time being, the Suggestion Box, which is for sending me suggestions and ideas for the site (please keep in mind that the site is still heavily under construction and that I still have a *ton* planned for it), and the Sidenotes and Disclaimers, which is a VERY IMPORTANT page which everyone should read that states the rules and facts of the website and what is allowed and what isn't.

I'd just like to say a quick word of thanks for all of the support that RSN has been receiving lately. A lot more people have already started coming here than expected, and that's terrific! Keep on coming - there'll be a lot more fun down the road! And please continue to support RSN by voting for us on Starpages, and you can also now click a button that says 'Link Lounge' on the righthand side that will help to get us votes for another site online feature, too. All right, fasten your seatbelts, for we have a ton of Ryan news to deliver!

First off, all Drew Carey Show fans shall rejoice, for the first season is finally being released onto DVD on April 24th! It will be a four disc box set that will include all 22 episodes of the first season as well as a gag reel and 'Life Instead A Cubicle" as special features.

Along the lines of television, Ryan will be making his fourth appearance on Two And A Half Men on January 22nd, again playing Herb Melnick for the episode "Don't Worry, Speed Racer". Check your local TV listing for air times.

However, it is with live shows that Ryan is really strutting his stuff. He is returning to Improv AllStars this February 1st through 4th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. Tickets are $90 each. He has also added five more A Night Of Improv dates, appearing in Portland, Oregon on February 10th, in Ventura, California on April 11th, in San Luis Obispo, California on April 12th, in Carmel, California on April 13th, and in Santa Cruz, California on April 14th (ticket prices unknown). Hello, and welcome one and all to Ryan Stiles Net, the all-new website based soley on the actor / comedian Ryan Stiles! My name is Diane, and I am the webmistress of this site. I am looking forward to providing Stiles fans of all ages across the globe with lovely Ryan goodness!

Since the site is just starting out, things will be going slow for a while, so the site is still under construction. It will take some time getting things up and running like how I want them to be, but be sure to check back often, as new site features will probably be going up weekly! (Please note that many of the links won't be working yet and that future updates will discuss what pages have been published!)

A great way to help us get rolling and for us to expand would be for contributions. Fanart, photographs, comics, icons and avatars, banners, wallpapers, fanfiction, or even site suggestions and ideas for things you want to see developed are all readily accepted with appreciation. This upcoming Monday, on CBS, Ryan will be returning as Herb Melnick for his third appearance on the hit comedy show Two And A Half Men. The show is half an hour long with the episode being titled as 'Walnuts And Demerol'. Check your local tv listings for air times.

A treat will be bestowed upon all Whose Line Is It Anyway? fans on February 27th, 2007. A DVD of the complete first and second seasons of the original British Whose Line show is being released on that day. So far no special features have been announced, and it is being promoted as a single disc item. You can go ahead and pre-order the DVD now on Amazon.com.

Perhaps the best news of all, however, is that Ryan will be performing in Salem, Oregon on February 9th, 2007 along with Greg Proops, Chip Esten, and Jeff Davis for 'A Night Of Improv'. The show will start at 7:00 PM and end roughly around 8:30 PM at the Elsinore Theatre. Tickets are between $38-$45 and will go on sale on December 12th (a week from today). The show will feature many of the games played on Whose Line, and audience members will be asked to participate.
