Ever wanted to send Ryan a letter, an adoring piece of fanmail so that you might have the means to process your profound appreciation? Or are you perhaps instead interested in obtaining an autograph, as you currently have no means to get one in person? Well, now you can, by using one of the three fanmail addresses listed below. However, please read over these fanmail suggestions, tips, and tricks first...
1. Please include with all letters a SASE - a self-addessed stamped enveloped. Not only does it help encourage the possibility of a response, but it's the polite thing to do.
2. Please understand that just because you send a letter, it does not mean that it will be replied to, or even read. However, the chances that it will get read are very high, and it is likely to get a reply too, in time.
3. If you do receive a reply, know that it can take quite some time - sometimes up to a year for a response. Mr. Stiles is extremely busy, and there is no way to determine how often he reads and answers fanmail.
4. Please be polite and respectful in your letters.
5. Although this is not a necessity, just as a friendly tip, type your letters and spellcheck them. This provides for much easier reading, and is again just an act of politeness.
6. It is not advised to send your own photos, or other memorabilia, to be signed. You'll never be sure whether or not you'll get them back, and if you do, whether or not they'll be autographed. Likewise, please don't send tapes or recordings of you performing your own standup, improv, etc. - please keep them to yourself.
